新扬子船厂IMO压载水取样检测案例

案例背景:Case background

客户安装压载水系统后需要对压载水管理系统进行调试性检测,受新扬子船厂委托,华碧海事负责此次船舶压载水系统取样检测IMOD2项目,进行10至50um及大于50um的微生物检测。

After installing the ballast water system, the customer needs to carry out commissioning testing of theballast water management system, Entrusted by New Yangize shipyard, FALABhaishi is responsible forsampling and testing lMO D2 of the ship's ballast water system, carrying out microbial testing of 10 to 50umand larger than 5Oum.

准备工作:Preparatory work

华碧工程师赶赴船只现场前跟船舶所属船级社联系沟通,出具资质证书然后和船级社检察官确认取样时间,在登船前拍摄船舶整体照片,进入船舶后进行现场勘察情况,与压载水调试人员和船上轮机长进行沟通后准备取样工作。

检测过程:Detectionprocess

第一阶段,根据检测要求需在取样口安装取样设备后连接流量计,将流量计归零后进行1m'的水样放泄后取样,在放泄过程中需要控制流速,防止流速太快导致微生物死亡,从而影响结果的准确性

In the first stagc, according to the testing requirements, the sampling equipment shall be installed at thesmpling port and connected with the flowmeter. After the flowmeter is zeroed, im* water samples shall bedischarged and sampled. During the discharge process, the flow velocity shall be controlled to prevent thedeath of microorganisms caused by too fast flow velocity, which may affect the accuracy of the results

第二阶段,取样完成后在现场寻找可检测环境进行快速检测,半小时左右现场即可出具检测结果。

In the second stage, after the completion of sampling, the site will find the environment that can bedetected for rapid detection, and the test results will be issued in about half an hour.

第三阶段,收集压载水系统压载排载信息及船只资料。现场将检测结果告知客户签署完工日志单及填写好压载水采样分析原始记录表。作为报告编辑依据。

The third stage is the collection of ballast water system ballast discharge information and vessel dataInform the customer of the test results on site, sign the completion log sheet and fill in the original record formofballast water sampling analysis, As the basis for editing the report.

最终成效:Finaleffect

检测结果显示新扬子船厂IMO压载水符合D2标准,工程师根据现场检测结果及资料进行报告编辑,并及时将报告反馈给客户,获得了客户的认可。

在此次压载水取样检测中,华碧海事工程师从接单、检验策划、指导船员对压载水压载处理到压载水排载取水样、本样品快检检测再到提交完工报告,华碧海事压载水工程师用娴熟的操作、快速、高效,顺利完成了取样检测工作,为客户的船舶开航提供了保证。
